After an order is placed, we start processing it for confirmation, packing and shipping. Because of this, we do not accept cancellation requests after successful order placement.
3. Incorrect Details by Customer

- Incorrect phone number
- Wrong product selection
- Wrong quantity selected
- Incomplete customer details

4. Cancellation by Noblix Enterprises Pvt Ltd
Noblix Enterprises Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order in certain cases, such as:

- Payment is not completed
- Incorrect pricing due to technical error
- Suspicious or fraudulent order activity
- Delivery is not serviceable at the given location
If we cancel an order after payment, the refund will be processed as per the applicable payment method and bank/payment gateway timeline.
5. Refund and Return Cases
Cancellation is different from refund or return.
Refund or return requests will be accepted only if:
- The product received is defective or damaged
- The product is not delivered
